One of my great sorrows in giving up pork at the age of 16 (decided to go a bit more kosher) is the loss of sausages. Turkey sausages are okay, but they’re not a perfect substitute.
Hi Ladies there is always time for bratwurst. Speaking of sausage have you heard that The Hoff( as in the Germans love) David Hasselhoff will be on Dancing with the Stars this season? I think 50% of me is very happy. My favorite reality show has become the Cake Boss. This season of Big Brother has been such dreck with all the showmances YUK! Clearly my favorite sausage is the non chunky liver sausage.Yum. MOM
